Every sitter completes Aadhaar eKYC verification before accepting their first booking. We also review their service area, experience, and require a complete profile before approval.
You're refunded in full immediately, and we'll help you find a replacement sitter as quickly as possible.
You pay securely through UPI, card, or net banking once your sitter accepts the booking. Your payment is only released to the sitter after the service is completed.
